1850 XTR Scraper Features:

Round tube front beam
Front tube raised 4 inches for better loading and dumping.
Tongue and hitch boss have been designed to reduce cracking and greater durability.
52 inches of opening between the gate frog and bucket frog.
Increased the closing power.
Apron hinge on gate has a floating pin for less wear and can be changed without cutting and welding.
Universal frame and gate cylinders. No lefts or rights or centers.
Frame cylinder is in a vertical position above the frame. The purpose of this is two-fold: Gets the cylinder out of the dirt and increases the power to approximately 20%.
Strengthened Bucket Frog eliminating center brace, and decreasing the chance of dirt sticking in the bucket.
Round bottom bucket for more strength and easier clean-out.
Skirt Grousers are inter-changeable on the left or right side.
Wheel Carriage accommodates four 23.5 x 25 tires for greater flotation and rollability.

Clearance between tire and wheel frame is 3 1⁄2 inches on the sides and 5 3⁄4 inches on the top.
All weld-in bushing stock is heat treated 4140 for longer life.
High pressure zinc-chromated hydraulic tubing on hydraulic lines.
JIC with Aeroquip Versi-Flare fittings.
Flareless Tube Fittings.
The 3⁄4 hydraulic hoses have been upgraded to a 4 Wire Heavy Spiral Hose for longer service.
Safety Stops have been added on all cylinders as standard equipment for your safety.
Mud rack is adjustable for lower clearance with use of laser rack.
Capacity of the new 1850 XTR has been increased to 18.5 yards.
